All our teachers at A Seedling Mind Montessori School are postgraduates in early childhood education and certified in early childhood education. We pride ourselves in having qualified instructors who know and apply the Montessori learning approach to your child’s education. Teachers supervising infants and toddlers may have a degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Elementary, or English, but are also trained in the physical needs of young children.

For now, A Seedling Mind Montessori School caters to children from 15 months to 3 years old (toddlers). We will be expanding in the future to accept older children, up to 12 years old, as we build out our program offerings. Our Montessori classes are designed to provide early childhood education set in a comprehensive environment that focuses on proper child development for learning. We emphasize teaching independence together with a love for learning throughout the journey of life right from childhood.

Parents are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

There are plenty of opportunities to become involved in your child’s Montessori education as the year goes on. The volunteer roles include helping during an event and teaching, being involved in class projects, or going on a trip. We also organize family events for all year so that you can be better acquainted with your child’s learning process.

The school adopts the Montessori approach to education with children learning on their own time. The children in our programs are placed in a complete comfort zone where they can thrive and grow and learn critical concepts like problem-solving skills, creativity, and self-independence. The approach is oriented toward encouraging and building on the natural interest that each child has about the world and helps develop a love for learning.

Indeed, our Montessori School includes exposure to the French language as a component of its language curriculum. The bilingual Montessori education helps children develop a familiarization with foreign languages which improves their cognitive development and augments their multicultural appreciation.

The application fee is $50, which is a one-time, non-refundable cost.

A Seedling Mind Montessori school is committed to the principle of acting in the best interest of every child, and therefore, it accepts children from all communities. Our school provides an equal learning environment where all children feel safe and acknowledged.

We understand the value of emotional development in Montessori learning and how it can become a leading issue later in a child’s life. That is why we focus on toddlers’ self-awareness as well as awareness of their surroundings. Through collective games, activities, and other forms of cooperation, our goal is to facilitate children’s emotional growth and maturity so they can become considerate of others and manage their feelings as they grow.
